Hey! Sooo, our website was down for a few days, hope it didn't inconvenience anyone, but it's back and better than ever! And we've posted final SXSW show information with fliers/facebook event info etc. Our Record release show is in a couple weeks and we've got several music videos in the works, including directors Owen Cook and Hannah Lew, whoopee! Return from hibernation!!

Hello creeps. We've been hard at work down in our gnome dungeon working on our new record. Mixing and mastering will be completed by Feb and you should have it in your grubby little hands in April, just in time for our US tour with Hunx & his Punx!!

In celebration of the completion of our new record and our return from winter hibernation, we shall be performing Fri, January 28th at Ghost Town Gallery (25th & San Pablo, Oakland) with Nobunny, Hunx & his Punx and the fabulous Cassie Ramone!! Shortly after, we'll be slithering all over California for a long weekend starting Feb 10, playing shows with Nobunny, the Growlers and more! You might find us in LA, San Diego, Palm Springs etc. Wrapping up this little freakout will be a John Waters Valentine's Day Gay Prom at the Big Gay Warehouse in San Francisco, featuring infamous David Bowie cover band, BLOWIE, in their final performance!!

Hot Choco Barfings

This week is your last chance to see the Clammies before they hibernate for winter!! And last chance to get xmas 7"! We're working on a new record and doing no shows the rest of December and January after Dec 18th, and maybe none in February neither. This Thurs is Shannon's lil brother Paddy's birthday party at Copland on San Pablo & Brush (near Grand Ave). This is the Paddy of "Paddy's Birthday" legend. Experience another Paddy birthday, and live the magic of the record!! Dirty Cupcakes, Sweet Nothing and Zombie Holocaust will be playing, and DJ Dan Shaw will be causing you to dance.

And if you can't make the burfday, the next day we'll be playing with the legendary Flakes and the INCREDIBLE Rantouls, our favorite band in all of California!!! What an honor... Also appearing will be the Hondettes and the elusive, mysterious Swiss Family Skiiers!! Don't miss it!! This takes place at the Fuzzplex, 3014 MLK, Oakland, CA. After that, prepare for a long dark winter with no Clams!! But we shall re-emerge with a fresh record, new shirts, possible US tour in April and a possible European vacation in early summer!!!

funny stuff

Been collecting photos of hilarious bathroom "art" and other weird stuff. In Alabama we met a wild cat that lives outside of a gas station, hangs around by the trashcan. He was a trashcat. Hard to get close to.

Florida is the BEST state we've ever been on tour to. All our shows and all the people are SOOO FUN!!! Reminds us of oakland. We ate alligator at a harley davidson swamp bar. Orlando is chock full of wild street freaks, a hobo with a monk haircut, idiot tweenage crust punks with no shoes who can barely talk cos they've been trashed for days (there's a pic of the "vagina" graffitti on his back).
